Stage Two: Following Stage One, we will lay out our recommendations in an easy to follow and practical roadmap. The roadmap will cover your end to end customer journey and for each of the recommendations we will provide a break down of the individual emails needed as well as an outline of the structure, content, frequency and timing of each email.
