The challenge
Without a personalised and segmented customer journey, the brand was losing out on revenue and engagement. It was time for Planet Organic to review their customer data and overhaul the way they communicated with their different customer groups.
Our response
The first thing we did was to revitalise their existing strategy and implement a watertight customer journey. This allowed them to break out of their current situation and move forward with a detailed and structured roadmap.

The challenge
Having recently launched in the UK, Hims did not have lifecycle marketing strategy in place to attract and engage users at the top of the sales funnel and nurture them to become regular users at the bottom of the funnel.
Our response
We leveraged inbound and content marketing to build a database of qualified leads to feed the sales funnel.
We designed and implemented an automated email series designed to educate and guide newly captured leads towards booking a consultation and ultimately subscribing.

THE CHALLENGE
We’re teamed up with the Jennis team before the launch of Dame Jessica Ennis-Hill’s new home workout app. The challenge was to develop and build the ongoing digital and lifecycle marketing strategy in preparation for their launch in September 2020.
