The Solution

Pepped created more content rich emails with more reasons to click through to the site: Specifically bundles to increase AOV. Implemented a winback and sunset flow to ensure we were suppressing those who were no longer engaging or purchasing. We segmented new vs returning customers in flows and gleaned insights on the purchase behaviour of these two cohorts. We also implemented Replenishment flows based on specific category purchases with the highest ROI.
