The Solution

Pepped worked to improve the CVR of the abandonment flows first, in order to generate more first & repeat purchases. We enriched the Welcome flow & created robust Post Purchase flows, hand holding the customer until they’ve purchased 3x. We introduced a Lapsing and Win back flow to re-engage customers who haven’t engaged with or bought from the brand in a while and kept the email list clean by suppressing low quality contacts.
